I’m sure you’ve heard that Heidi Montag (Hills) was under the knife again for plastic surgery. Not just once, but 10 times in one day. CRAZY!
I think she looked better before. What about you?

wow! she literally has a new face. it’s like two completely different people! i’m not a fan of her, but she was definitely not unattractive before the surgery

Wow…okay, so I don’t like Heidi as it is, so my comments will be a little biased lol! I definitely think the “after” looks a shit ton worse than before. Her boobs are just too big & she looks totally fake.
